Intel Graphics UHD 630 Driver(s) causing random black screen issues or locks up video randomly

I had been running Windows 11 Professional x64 Build 22000.194 prior to the October 5, 2021 release date on a Dell XPS 15 9570 Laptop with the Intel Core i7-8750H CPU.  There were no issues with the drivers prior to October 5, 2021.  However, after October 5, 2021, it appears all of the following driver version(s) would cause either the video to freeze or the display will go black

with the back light still on as I can do the FN+F7 to toggle between the display completely off and with the video with a black screen with the back light on.  There is no way to restore the video so my only choice is to hold the power button down to force the computer to power off.

Anyways, the driver version(s) that has the problem are:

1) v30.0.100.9864
2) v30.0.100.9894
3) v30.0.100.9922
4) v30.0.100.9955

I have attached the detailed output from ssu.

Almighty1, Thank you very much for letting us know those updates.

"there had not been any black screen issue with MPOs disabled for 7 days 1 hour 17 minutes", perfect, it is nice to hear that.

"I will now test for up to 7 days with MPOs enabled which is the default to see if the problems still exist with MPOs enabled as a confirmation if the problem was fixed in v30.0.101.1002 or if the problem is caused by the MPOs enabled. I will post periodically with the stats. ", sure, no problem, we will be constantly monitoring your reports.

Unfortunately, it appears that the test with MPOs enabled with v30.0.101.1002 got the black screen issue at 7:11PM Pacific Time/GMT -800 on November 11, 2021 which meant the uptime was 0 days 22 hours and 48 minutes.

As it appears there is official drivers v30.0.101.1069 that came out today which has a build date of November 2, 2021 - I did a clean install and installed v30.0.101.1069 while offline and Windows update downgraded it to v30.0.100.9976 so I rebooted and used the installer to get it back to v30.0.101.1069 and then rebooted so I will first test with MPOs enabled for up to 7 days should the black screen not come first with the stats as follows:

Had two GSOD's with each one a little bit less than 24 hours after rebooting so here are the latest stats except I should note that I did do the following after the current restart so the longer uptimes may be the result of it:
taskkill /F /IM dwm.exe
taskkill /F /IM conhost.exe
The latest time I did that was 8 hours and 20 minutes ago.

Here are the latest stats for v30.0.101.1069 MPOs enabled:

Will be trying v30.0.101.1121 Beta drivers which were released early today as it was announced in the thread
community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/BUG-dwm-exe-uses-memory-leakage-with-Intel-HD-Graphics-630/m-p/1336791#M103013
that it fixes issue #2 so I will be testing that shortly but before that happens, I want to note that I did do the following after the above so uptimes may be longer as a result of it.

taskkill /F /IM dwm.exe
taskkill /F /IM conhost.exe
The latest time I did that was 20 hours and 49 minutes ago.

Hi Almighty1, Thank you very much for keeping us up to date with all the results of the tests.

It seems to be there is an improvement from where we started in reference to the random lock up video and black screen issues.
