I'm running Windows 10 on a new computer. I'm having issues when playing FFXI when there are more than 2 character models on the screen. I don't know how to find out which Intel HD version I have, however I currently have driver: 10.18.15.4248. Just wondering if there have been any fixes for ffxi on windows 10 as this is the closest support thread I've found to the issue.

Hello, evetz:
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Please provide me with your dxdiag report to better provide you with assistance on this.
How to get dxdiag report?
Press the Windows key + "R", type dxdiag> click in "Save All Information"> save the file and attach it to your answer.
Also, if you have an OEM system, please provide me with the brand and model.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Esteban C

I have an acer aspire zc-7000 oem system. I appreciate any help you can give. Also I wasn't very specific in my first post, whenever I'm in an area with more than 2 models my FPS drops below 5 making the game almost unplayable.

Hello, evetz:
Right now the trial versions for the game are not available.
Let me further investigate on this to perform the tests from my end.
I will be providing you with the outcome.
Also, I created a new thread for your issue because the old thread was with Windows XP.
Regards,
Esteban C
