Can you please provide the brand & model number of your motherboard and its current BIOS and the full model number of the processor you are using on the motherboard?

Please follow the next steps.
- Download the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25977/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-33-?product=81499 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.33] (click on win64_153343.4425.zip (4th one from top to the bottom))
- Disconnect the computer from the Internet.
- Uninstall the graphics driver from programs and features.
- Restart the computer.
- Install the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26563/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-%3Fproduct%3D88355 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.45] Version: 15.45.14.4590 (Latest)
- Restart the computer.
- Connect the computer to the Internet.

Hello,
I figured out the problem was probably that on a notebook dual graphics - Intel and Radeon. Reinstalling the latest versions of both adapters did not help. Helped manual assignment of drivers for Intel through Task Manager - the file \ win64_153343.4425 \ Graphics \ igdlh64.inf.
