When i minimizing the chrome window and after a second, i want to use it again and open its window, everything (UI aero) is going to black until i open another windows in taskbar of windows at side of chrome window!! then everything will back to their currect state.(or black flash for a milisecond when opend from taskbar)
in other situaion when i open web pages that contain WebGl API like Google maps and using alt+tab for changing windows i see a error (Rats! WebGL hit a snag!)
I posted this bug to chrome support and discused with many users who have this problem in a recently month and for fixing this problem they was forced to disable (Hardware accelration in chrome setting).this solution fix this problem but made another problem in graphic contented web pages and laggy exprience web browsing (API related programing like OpenGL and WebGl)!!
***This is another solution from a user in chrome topics and forums (rather than disabling HW accelration):I found a solution for this problem!!!
please change default graphic processor (Intel) to Nvidia or AMD dedicated graphic processor in right click content menu or nvidia,amd control panel and you will see this problem disapear!!
NOTE: disabling hardware accelerator is not good solution for this scenario!! because made another problem and laggy exprience in web browsing and watching videos or google map (any contents in the web that needs high graphic proccesing and API related programing like OpenGL and WebGL)!!!
other freinds that pointed a note where chrome 60 and newer version, has problem with intel HD +500 series. i think this is true!! we must report this issue to intel hd 500 series support!
Note: new reasearches in crbug.com shown that this problem related to Chrome itself and WebGl API programing in Chrome...for more information please see this topics in crbug.com from other users that related to this problem:

@Ronald_Intel
BTW There is a very similar issue with Chrome that is also very similar to this issue:
If Chrome is playing a fullscreen youtube video and my laptop goes to sleep (the video could be paused). After returning to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update the screen is black and unresponsive. I need to ESC (minimize) Chrome to make it render properly again.

Same issue here with Acer Aspire V Nitro (VN7-592G_EN), Windows 10 64bit, Google Chrome 62.0.3202.75 (64-bit) and Intel HD 530 driver 21.20.16.4550

the problem is solved by downloading chrome canary https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/canary.html
it's the same chrome alone that there are more recent developments that still do not come out on the public channel
