Intel HD 5500 refresh rate at 40HZ on windows 10

Hi,

After upgrading to win10 i saw a problem in the display the letters sometime seem to be blurry and not clear,

i searched after the problem and found that the Display Refresh rate is at 40HZ and can't make it 60HZ

it's 40hz even when on AC

i updated the intel Graphics drivers didn't solve the problem.

i uninstalled the graphics drivers from the device manager and the rate immediately raised to 64HZ when i installed the drivers back i faced the same problem again.

my device has 5th Gen Core I3 and intel HD 5500 display adapter and running windows 10 64bit

Please run the windows updates, from Windows 10.
