Hi,

I got a problem with my Intel HD Graphics 4000 device. I had system with Intel Core i736QM with Intel HD Graphics 4000 and a GForce GTX675M Nvidia Grapichs running on Windows 7, the drivers worked properly and I could see both 2 devides listed on the Windows Device Manager.

Two months ago I upgrade to Windows 8 (actually is intalled Windows 8.1) and I started to install all driver from the software support center (Samsung), then I installed de Nvidia Drivers, I can run games and work whit the full resolution dispplay but I found than the Intel HD Graphics 4000 is no longer listed on the Device Manager

I have tried to install the Intel Drivers but isn't working , when I try to install I get the message "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"

What can I do for get Intel graphics be recognized by Windows

Thanks

Did you check for any graphics options available in BIOS or perhaps reset the settings to default values?

Do you see any "Unknown devices" or "Other devices" in Device Manager?

Did you try uninstalling the previous Intel® HD Graphics driver and then installing the corresponding driver provided by the system manufacturer?

Hi,

I checked for options in BIOS but there are no options for graphics

Last nigth I install the previous driver by the option "add legacy hardware" in the Device Manager, now the Intel HD Graphics 4000 is listed but there is a yellow alert (Code 31: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device)

Is there a new Driver for this device?

Tanks
