Intel HD Graphics 4000 will not work on 3 displays

I have a dell optiplex 7010 with onboard Intel Graphics 4000 video. I can only use 2 video outputs at one time and am trying to use my 3rd. I see all 3 monitors in my screen resolution screen but one is grayed out. Can use any 2 of them at one time but not all 3 at once, so I know all 3 outputs work and all 3 monitors work. I have 2 DP ports and one VGA. Drivers up-to-date. 

Currently using 2 DP to HDMI cables and straight vga to vga for my set up.
