Hello,
I encounter some difficulties with my Asus laptop after I’ve re-installed the Win 10 Pro.
Basically, when I turn on the laptop, it loading the Bios and after that, the display turns black.
I've been with the laptop at a service center and they didn’t found any hardware problem.
This are the specs of my laptop:
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, ver. 1909
Intel HD Graphics 4600 & Nvidia GTX 850M
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50Ghz
8GB of RAMs and Samsung 850EVO of 500GB
And the things I've tried:
• re-installing the windows and graphics drivers

- What is the model number of the laptop?
- Does this issue happen if you connect an external monitor to the laptop?
- What is the driver version you have installed?
