My Alienware 17 R2 - i7 4720HQ with Win 10 Home 64-bit (Intel HD Graphics 4600 and NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970M) cannot install the latest Intel HD Graphics driver for 4th Gen Intel Core Processor from this link or even from Download Center.
The pictures in the attached files.
One more thing is about the NVIDIA GTX 970M cannot turn off VSync for game Audition Online after switching off the VSync or Select the Preferred Graphics Processor for this Program with High-performance NVIDIA processor option inside NVIDIA Control Panel. But the icon of this game appeared in Display GPU Activity Icon. Normally after turn off Vsync , use the combined key CTRL + ALT + F inside the game to show the FPS , the value is up to 180 FPS. But right now my laptop is always stucks at 60 FPS.

Hello Tu:
On the following link you will find the graphics driver for Intel® HD Graphics 4600 using Windows® 10 64 bit:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26079/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81496 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26079/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81496
Now, based on the error message you are getting: "this operating system is not supported" that seems to be related to the laptop not supporting Windows ® 10.
This PC came with Windows® 10 or you did an upgrade for the operating system?
Did you check with Alienware if Windows® 10 is fully compatible with this laptop?
Regarding the video card, when you use a video card the onboard graphics get disable, so, the graphics of the processor are not being used, and in that case the drivers needed are the ones that belong to the Nvidia Card, you can find the Nvidia drivers on the following link:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Also, if the problem persists after trying those drivers, then the best thing to do will be to contact Alienware directly:
