I have a newly purchase HP EliteBook 850 G3 and observed very frequent screen flickering and very annoying. Even upgraded to Latest Intel Beta Graphics Driver for Windows 10 (15.40) the issue still exist.
Not very sure how Intel can resolve this problem.

Hi KVT7779,
Since your laptop uses hybrid graphics, It is important to mention that we sell our Intel chipsets and processors to third party manufacturers and they design their own computers with their own features, settings and capabilities. For that reason they design their own drivers, to meet the exact specifications on their computers. We recommend you work with your computer manufacturer before installing our driver so you don't lose features or customizations.
I suggest you to uninstall the Intel® generic driver and install both graphics driver provide by HP:
