Merhaba dizüstü bilgisayarım hdmi girişi ile çoklu ekran a geçmek istiyorum fakat hdmi kablosunu taktığımda herhangi bir ekran algılanamıyor. destek tarafından kart üretiminin sona erdiği ve topluluktan yardım almam gerektiği söylendi. Böylebir sorunu çözebilen oldu mu?
kullandığım işletim sistemi windows10 64bt

mycode, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
Bilginiz olsun, yalnızca İngilizce dilinde destek sağlıyoruz ve şu anda bir çeviri aracı kullanıyoruz.
In reference to this scenario, as you mentioned, the Intel® HD Graphics 5500 controller is under the status of End Of Interactive Support / Discontinued.
So, Intel® technical support will no longer be provided for this kind of product, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products Website helpful to address your request:

while I was able to use the HDMI feature of my driver, I became unable to use it, The reason for this is that Intel stopped suporting it and this is very illogical. why are the features of products whose support has ended being blocked?
there is no data about ıntel Hd 5500 on the website of the discontinued products you referred to.
The discontinuation of support for the product causes the service I use to be blocked. I want the old driver that has not been updated.

What version of the driver were you running previously?
What version of the driver is being installed over it?
...S
P.S. Rudeness won't get you anywhere, no matter how irate you happen to be. You're actually lucky I responded, considering.

The device is an HP Notebook 15-AC107NT.
According to the diagnostic report, it includes two graphics adapters: AMD Radeon R5 M330 / Intel HD Graphics 5500. Unfortunately, I cannot say which of them is responsible for the HDMI port. The built-in screen runs on the Intel HD Graphics 5500. For a laptop, the first point of contact for driver support is always the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), in this case Hewlett-Packard. Please download and install the driver released for this device from the HP website:

Please check the remaining Drivers and Firmware on the HP website:

Your best bet is probably to contact HP's Turkish support to resolve the issue:
