Neither Intel nor Microsoft support KabyLake and beyond under Windows 8.1

Do yourself a favour and upgrade to Windows 10.

Really , there are third party programs to handle the electrical part that I understand you do not know of these issues so do not suggest what you are not experiencin !

NOTHING less than windows 10 is supported on 7th gen and later processors - period.

Electrical has nothing to do with it.
