I'm using 7700K without discret graphics card. I have met the same problem in this thread: /thread/51304 https://communities.intel.com/thread/51304
None of available drivers (including beta one) for 7700K can solve this problem. Please fix this issue.
Thank you

sorry for the late. I've tried the steps you listed. The flickering issue disappears and the "Graphics Properties" can be opened. Thank you for your help. I don't have any other questions.
