HDMI output to Monitor works fine then Monitor Display goes berserk color flashing sometimes vertical Blue lines on right side of the screen. The monitor works fine on another computer, with a different PNP Device ID.

PNP Device ID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F31&SUBSYS_08601025&REV_0E\3&11583659&0&10

Can you help, please?

Thank you

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Once I do this how will Intel support engineers view and comment on results?
Thank you,

By reviewing the information provided by the ssu utility and you provided in the txt file you attached to this thread, which you have not yet done.

Hello AlHill,

This is the Intel info:

Display Adapter(s): Intel(R) HD Graphics 10.18.10.4276

Ran the SSU Utility, did not post. followed the submit prompt rather than post to the forum. If any additional information needed, just let me know.

Received this back:

Hmmm… can't reach this page

refused to connect.

Run the ssu. save the output as a text file.  Start a reply, drag and drop the text file into your reply (where the "drag and drop here" is). WE NEED THAT FILE.
