Intel HD Graphics Family (4400) not scaling on windows 10

I just updated to windows 10 from 8.1 and games scaled their resolution just fine for example Star Wars Kotor stretched to fill the screen but not the game no longer stretches to fill the full screen and instead leaves black bars on the sides. This also happens with any other game that does not support my 1920x1080 monitor. The scaling options are set to scale the game and it works for my desktop but will not effect any games that I play.

I purchased TES Morrowind not too long ago, worked fine on 8.1

As soon as i did the update to 10, 2/50 of my games that dont support 1920x1080 have this black bar issue. Sadly one of those games is morrowind.

really hope there is a fix in the next week or so.. Not enjoyable with two big black bars on either side.

Have you checked the game compatibility with Win 10? Have you checked for patches?
