Whenever I try to update the Intel HD Graphics driver, it apparently works but then I just get an error message saying:

Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35)

After updating both the system firmware and BIOS it still didn't work,

PC Info:

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit Build 10240

Manufacturer: TOSHIBA

Model: Satellite NB10t-A-101

Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2810 @ 2.00 GHz

RAM (If required): 4GB

Hello, David101:

You may refer to the code 35 information stated in Microsoft website https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732456(v=ws.10).aspx Code 35: Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. and https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/310123 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/310123.

Have you tried contacting your computer manufacturer in regard to this matter?

Regards,

First is this the driver from Toshiba or from Intel Downloadcenter? If it's the first contact Toshiba helpdesk, if it's the latter read further.

You can force install a driver on your laptop. If it's not signed by Toshiba the laptop doesn't let you install it. But when you use the 'have disk' method you will be able to forcibly install the driver. I just did the same with my HP laptop with Celeron N2810. Just make sure your processor is listed in the supported processors column of the Intel driver. And the same applies for your operating system.

!! Even so this procedure is at your own risk!!
