Hi everyone!
I'm using the hp ProBook 6360b and I see that it has a VGA port and a DisplayPort. I want to use two external monitors. My video card is Intel HD graphic 3000.
However, as soon as I connect the second monitor, the screen of my laptop switches off and I cannot use it anymore. I'm only seeing the displays of the 1st and 2nd monitor. One is connected to the VGA port and the other is connected to the DisplayPort. It seems like I can't use all of the three displays at the same time and I was wondering if its even possible or I'm doing something wrong.
Any ideas how I can use all screens (my laptop's screen, the 1st and the 2nd monitor) at the same time? (extended mode)
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Kind Regards,
Ivo

Your processor only supports two monitors. I will presume that HP has designed their baseboard to shut off the internal display when two external displays are detected.
Sorry,

Hi Scott! Thank you for your answer!
By processor you mean the GPU, right? That's sad.
Is there any other way around it, however? For example I see that this one person has somehow successfully managed to run it across all the three displays - https://superuser.com/questions/350052/is-it-possible-to-use-three-screens-with-intel-hd-3000-integrated-graphics.
If it matters, I'm not running the with the stock RAM and CPU - my laptop currently has 16gigs of ram and the i7 2620M CPU
Cheers!
