In order for all supported resolutions to be available, the monitor and graphics drivers need to be loaded.
At this stage, I will need some information about your system configuration:
Which version of Windows do you have?
Graphics driver version?

After loading the latest monitor drivers and video drivers, please copy-paste or attach the Graphics report generated within the graphics control panel.
