Thanks for joining the Graphics community.

According to the specifications of the Intel® HD Graphics 4600, the support is at 60 Hz as the maximum refresh rate.

See the following page for specifications: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/quick-reference-guide-to-intel-processor-graphics https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/quick-reference-guide-to-intel-processor-graphics

Thanks for the answer allan_intel !!

After all tries that i made, i notice that if i reduce the resolution to 1024x768 on Intel Graphics i can put the refresh rate to 120p Hz... i dont know why this is possible. Can you explain me that?

That is the Monitor's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extended_display_identification_data EDID that is reading refresh rate information. The graphics controller at higher screen resolution does not handle 144 Hz
