Intel Iris XE MAX game crashes on red dead redemption, horizon zero, cyberpunk 2077

Honestly intel, i am so dissapointed with the fact that Intel XE MAX Is a full of bug. Even the basic AAA cant run (I.e. shadow of tomb raider). I have updated the driver with the latest version (20-dec-2020). Is there anyway I can get this fix because this GPU does not help at all. Thanks
