Intel Iris Xe Graphics problem

After updating to the latest driver, which is 31.0.101.4672, the GPU does not use any resources for games or rendering, such as Valorant and MMD. 

 

The driver update before had better performance compared to the current update.

  1. What do you mean by "the GPU does not use any resources for games or rendering"? What is the issue exactly? Please clarify and be more specific. 
  2. Does the issue happen in other games? 
  3. Does the issue happen in other programs/normal apps or only in games? 
  4. What driver version did work fine before? 
  5. Is this a laptop? If so, please provide the complete model.
