Hello abc123123,

Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We would be more than happy to help you; however, we want to know more information about your issue:

  • Which installation method are you using to update to driver 101.4676?
  • Was there any Hardware or Software change before the problem started?
  • Is there an error message when the installation stops? If so, provide us with a screenshot of the error details.
  • To gather further details about your system. Provide us with the following reports:
    • Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU)
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
