Hello experts,
I have a DELL Vostro 3400 with Intel Iris xe Graphics.
Sometimes it´s possible to see that graphics run a little slower than normal, it happens in the web browser, for maximizing/minimizing windows, etc.
I upgraded my laptop system memory from 8GB to 16GB but still same problem happens. I´d like to know if my graphic card is running correctly providing 100% of its power and also would like to know if it´s possible to increase video memory. I could see that sometimes it uses (HWinfo information) 1200MB of memory GPU, is it possible to increase this "upper limit" to allow it to go further than only 1200MB?
Thanks.
PS: windows and dell update are both up-to-date. I´m using DirectX 12 and graphics driver 31.0.101.3616.

Hello Eduardofs
Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing performance issues with your Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics. Please let us know the following information:
- What is the web browser affected by this issue and does it happen with other browsers as well?
- Have you tried to reinstall the web browser?
- Please share a video showing this issue so we can have a better understanding.
- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
Answering your last questions, the Video Memory on integrated graphics is shared with your Ram so it cannot actually be increased. Please check the following article for more information:
Can I increase the Dedicated Video Memory for Intel Graphics?
