Hello Der_Alte_Fritz,
On the link below you will be able to get the latest drivers for your computer with Windows 10:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/xps-14-l421x/drivers Product Support | Dell US
As you can see under "Video" the driver version that Dell has available for your computer is 10.18.10.4242. We strongly recommend to use the ones provided by them since the drivers available on our website are generic versions and can be used for general purposes. However, computer original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the software or software packaging they provide. To avoid any potential installation incompatibilities on your OEM system.Intel and the computer original equipment manufacturer (OEM) may not provide technical support for some or all issues that could arise from the usage of this generic version of software drivers.
If you have more questions please let me know.
Warm regards,
marving_intel
