Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 No output to tv trough VGA to HDMI converter

Hi. I have an issue to use my tv as my computer monitor. I cannot connect to it, it will just tell me there is no single whenever I connect to the tv. I have tried to use another converter and nothing have changed. I have no idea what to do now.
