The HDMI port is connected internally directly to the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Mobile. So if you only have problems when the HDMI port is in use, it might be more helpful to send a request to Gigabyte.

However, you can also try connecting the external monitor with one of these cables via the DisplayPort protocol:

This may also solve the problem with the internal screen.

If you see an error code in Windows Device Manager, please try the steps recommended by Microsoft.

Fix graphics device problems with error code 43

Please use the graphics drivers that the device manufacturer Gigabyte offers for download for the Aorus 15 XE5 (Windows 11 64-bit):

Intel Graphics 31.0.101.1999

NVIDIA GeForce Driver 31.0.15.1661

Intel UHD Graphics 30.0.101.1368

While you're at it, please check that the rest of the drivers on your system are the ones recommended by Gigabyte. There may be newer generic drivers available online, but for a laptop, you should stick to the drivers provided by the manufacturer itself. This is the only way to guarantee that the product will work as the manufacturer designed and approved it.

Unfortunately, with such a problem, it cannot be ruled out that there is a defect in the hardware. If you still have a warranty claim, you should now make this claim with the retailer from whom you bought the notebook.
