Hello everybody, since 2 days my microphone stopped working at all. Driver version is 10.29.0.11516 release 2024-10-14. No messages about malfunctions or problems on the hardware/driver.
Plese help!

Please share the information below for me to determine the best course of action.
1. Did you make any recent changes to the system?
2. Have you tried using another microphone?
3. Are you using a specific application wherein the microphone is not working?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

There have been some issues with this build (despite things working well for the majority on Win11 23H2.)
So take care. Intel SST advice has been released. Will attach a link for you to try and see if this resolves your issues.

If you are running Win24H2 TRY and ensure all the latest Win24H2 security updates and bug fixes are installed as of 18-12-2024 (download via Microsoft Catalogue to get standalone full installers.)
Those updates and bug fixes may help you with this problematical release BEFORE you run the Intel SSU (and upload the logs etc etc.)
