I had been using a laptop (HP Probook 640 G1) with intel HD 4600. I was connecting my 4K monitor (Samsung u28e590d) through DisplayPort and it had been working perfect with 60 Hz frame rate. Now I bought a new laptop (Lenovo P43s) with intel UHD 620 and a docking station (ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock Gen 2). When I connect my old monitor to my new laptop, 60 Hz frame rate is not possible to select from display settings. I tried to update the drivers but it does not work. How can I fix this issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I might verify that you can directly connect the monitor to the USB-C port on the laptop and run 4K@60Hz. You would need a 4K@60Hz capable USB-C-to-HDMI or USB-C-to-DP adapter to test this out.
