What is the model of the motherboard?
What is the model of the processor?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
What is the model of the monitor?
Is this a new computer?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
Were you able to use 24-bit depth true color before?
Which Windows* version are you using?
We recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform.
Since the processor is working with Intel® UHD Graphics 620, we can always try to install the latest Intel® generic graphics driver version 26.20.100.6709:
