Hi All,

I am facing an issue and I will really appreciate if you can help me.

I have recently bought the Lenovo L390 and the Docking Station USB C of Lenovo.

I am using 2 new Displayport cables to connect to 2 Benq 2280GW monitors. I tried few other cables but didn't fix problem.

I have download and install drivers for Docking Station from:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/cy/en/products/accessory/docks/thinkpad-usb-c-dock/downloads

I have made windows 10 update fully updated.

I have also checked Lenovo site for drivers and I am using the recommended ones I think:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/cy/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-l-series-laptops/thinkpad-l390-type-20nr-20ns/20nr/20nr0013uk/r90t60s2/downloads

I have also download and install Lenovo System auto update and Intel Driver & Support Assistance.

Lenovo System update app says I am up to date .

I notice that Intel Driver & Support Assistance does not recognize correctly my product as it suggest me to update my graphic card drivers from 25.20.100.6471 to 6709 but I am getting an error saying "..."

My Bios current version: 1,13 22/3/2019

Laptop monitor current drivers version: 6.13.0.0 2/4/2019

Please let me know if you need further details.

Do you have any suggestions or advice?

Thanks

The Intel DSA is not intended for your laptop. Also, you should use ONLY the drivers provided by Lenovo.

Lenovo is solely responsible for support of your laptop. Contact them for support.

Hi Doc,

Thank you for your quick and helpful reply.

I will uninstall Intel DSA and stop using it.

I will contact Lenovo Support now.

Thank you, Panos
