Intel UHD G4 Graphics driver problem

Hello Erce,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I want to understand what happened just as much as you do.

To have a better view of this behavior, please confirm the following:

1. What is the brand and model name of your laptop?

2. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?

3. Is this issue recent? Or, is it present out of the box?

4. Does it happen with hardware acceleration disabled?

5. Does it happen with videos you have downloaded?

Hi, I lost hope so I forgot to check the post, sorry

My laptop model is HP 15s-fq2047nt

Currently Windows 11 Pro 23H2

I have this issue from beginning, like, i formatted my ssd, installed windows 11, used drivers from hp's site, i had this issue, then i used windows update drivers, same issue, then drivers from directly intel site, same issue, and yes i still have same issue, with all drivers between 4502-5382

No it doesnt happen when hardware/graphic acceleration disabled

Yes it happens with my downloaded videos too, i cant play any video on any program except VLC, examples:

- on Wallpaper Engine, some backgrounds just playing video, when i choose these backgrounds it crashing and saying "access to gpu blocked"

- on every internet browser when hardware/graphic acceleration enabled, i have this issue, if im just playing video no problem but, for example, when i open my start menu, start menu window get front of the playing video area, directly black screen and only thing left in screen is mouse cursor and its flashing, it happens with everything has transparency effect gets front of something playing

- when i open screen sharing on discord, i cant share my browser while hardware/graphic acceleration enabled

- currently im using Opera GX, today i was watching youtube, accidentally pressed windows, same thing happened, for espace black screen im pressing show desktop than pressing opera again black screen coming back stopping video via pressing space bar then resizing site +-%10 then i can get image, but its not about opera or internet browser, same thing happening on windows media player, media and tv, and on some other programs too
