My old graphics card on my HPZ420 died so I bought a new one, an Intel Arc A380 ASRock Challenger ITX, but it did not come with an installation CD, I downloaded the drivers on my laptop, copied them to a usb stick but nothing happened. My computer beeps six times, and the on switch flashes red.
What am I missing? How does one install a graphics card without a monitor? Any advice would be appreciated?

Check the arc requirements.

And you should be able to boot with the basic microsoft display adapter and then install the driver.
What is your processor model number? Less than 10th gen is not supported.
Do you have resizeable bar enabled?
Are you UEFI boot?
What OS? Only W10 and W11.
Is secure boot on?

[If you find any Intel driver you might need, download and save it now.]
