Intel UHD Graphics 630 3D using percentage high

the 3d usage suddenly become high when i play games these day and make the fps very low and laggy but i cannot find a way to solve the problem

Update your bios.

Then, make sure you are on windows 10, version 1903 (with all updates), or are on version 1909.

If you are a laptop, especially with dual graphics, make sure you are using the drivers from you laptop manufacturer's site, and NOT the generic Intel driver.
