Dear Intel
I have an Intel Gold 7400 cpu
with Intel UHD graphics 710 chip in it.
I use the Gigabyte B660 DS3H DDR4 motherboard.
Of course with the lastest bios update version f4a
The hardware is compatible.
But if windows installs the video driver mij PC Freezes.
IF windows runs in the Safe Mode i can configure everything.
But windows auto installs the video driver.
I use Windows 10 21H2.
Dont know what to do now.

This Problem is solved.
Thanks to Gigabyte website
My motherboard Memory DDR4 Speed was 3200 Mhz.
And this is at the moment to fast for the DDR4 Memory with the Graphics chipset.
I set it to 2400 Mhz and now everyting works perfect.
Thanks

This is usually an indicator that the memory was only borderline-working at 3200MHz. As it is then stressed, the memory buses end up locking up because of a cascade of data transfer errors. Now, in most systems, the BIOS will have set up a watchdog timer to recover from such lockups. If your board has this capability, it should have resulted in the system being reset.
So, what to do... Well, if the memory offers an XMP profile that is below 3200MHz but higher than the (2133MHz) default, you could try that (though you may already be there, since you mentioned running at 2400MHz). a second alternative would be to replace the memory. In this case, I might suggest that you look for memory that runs at better than 2400MHz but less than 3200MHz. Options are 2666MHz and 2933MHz. The final alternative is having the motherboard replaced. You could argue that, because it is supposed to support 3200MHz, there is something wrong with it.
Hope this helps,
