Hello OMEGA7
Thank you for letting us know.
We understand that you haven't tried disabling the Nvidia driver in Device Manager or Bios. We would like to recommend you try this first so we can isolate the problem being related to the integrated Graphics or Discrete adapter.
Best regards,
Jose B.

Hello @OMEGA7
I am sorry to hear that you have problems with Intel®️ UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel®️ Processors, and I’ll be more than happy to help you.
Do you remember if the issue started after an update? (Driver or operating system).
Please install our latest driver: Intel®️ 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows*
Execute a Clean Installation During Driver Installation
1. Click the .exe to initiate the driver installation.
2. Agree to the Intel Software License Agreement.
3. Click the checkbox to Execute a clean installation.
- A clean installation removes all old drivers and restores Intel settings to the default value
4. Click Start to begin the install.
5. Reboot the system if prompted.
In order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel®️ System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello OMEGA7
Thank you for the report. I could notice that the current version is 31.0.101.2121 and our latest version was released on 06/15/2023 (31.0.101.2125). Please install that one and let us know the outcome.
Best regards,
Jose B.

hello, @Jose_Intel i have updated it but I received a 05/24/23 update instead of a 06/15/2023 update. Should I be bothered of not being able to update to the latest version?

Hello OMEGA7
Thank you for updating the graphics driver. Did the update resolve the issue?
You should not be worried about that date since the version is the latest.
Also, please make sure your Nvidia drivers are up to date.
Have you tried using only the Intel graphics driver by disabling the Nvidia driver in the Device Manager or BIOS?
Best regards,
Jose B.
