Hi honokachannel,

Thank you for posting in the community. To effectively use VR, a discrete graphics card is typically required for optimal performance. Additionally, based on my current understanding, Intel Arc A-series and B-series GPUs do not support VR. However, I would like to investigate this further. Please consider the following questions:

  1. What game or application are you currently using for VR?
  2. What is your current graphics driver version?
  3. Could you provide the exact model of your laptop?
  4. Have you check with your laptop manufacturer if your laptop is supports VR?

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
