Hello kadudulz,
I'm writing to get more information to help you effectively.
1. What is the make and model of the monitor being used?
2. What type of video cable and port is being utilized?
3. What is the current graphics driver version installed?
4. Was everything working fine before, and when did you first notice this issue?

2.port HDMI from monitor viewsonic standar
3. before using driver 32.0.101.6734 (Bersertifikat WHQL) 60hz 7-9watt 100hz 19-20watt
after update driver Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6737 (Bersertifikat WHQL) still 60hz 7-9watt 100hz more like average 20watt/19watt sometimes jump 30watt
4. everything seems ok following guide from intel rebar, asm etc it drop from ,30watt to 7-6 watt that huge suprise in 60hz but im notice if i rise to 100hz it jump to 20watt
my question is if that was normal thing up 100hz give me 20watt or not?
i know my cpu bottleneck 5600g running of pcie gen 3
it that reason? or is normal because my spec not good for gpu intel? if im upgrade to ryzen 5600x oh higher

Hello kadudulz,
Upon checking, running a monitor at a higher refresh rate increases the demand on the GPU and other system components, leading to higher power consumption. This is why you observe increased idle power usage when switching from 60 Hz to 100 Hz and this is normal.
If you have further questions or concerns, please let me know.
