It seems that you are facing issues with the game Operation Delta. For me to address this properly, please provide more information.
1. Is the issue isolated to Operation Delta?
2. Which digital distribution platform are you using to play the game (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
3. Was this working fine before?
4. Are all intel discrete graphics card affected? Which card are you using specifically?
5. Kindly share a screenshot or short video clip of the issue.
