Intel driver update 15.28.23.64.4101 wont install?

Hi all, hoping for some help.

Recently turned my desktop back on after about 2 years off. Running through all the updates im stuck with the one for my driver.

I have the Intel driver update utility installed and its finding the update 15.28.23.64.4101 (9.17.10.4101), under the "older drivers" tab.

Go through with download/install then once it gets to the page stating the computer now requires to restart, the update utility page shows it has failed. The computer restarts then im back where I started with it stating I need to update still.

Any suggestions?

It is a Advent DT1410 with Windows 7 X64

The processor is an intel i5-2320.
