So let me guess: You installed drivers from the Intel and/or NVIDIA sites, right? You cannot do this on laptops with dual graphics. You must use the versions available from your laptop vendor. These drivers have been modified by your vendor to manage the active graphics subsystem and switch between them when appropriate. Without these modifications, it isn't going to work properly (as you've seen). Uninstall these drivers and install the drivers from your laptop vendor's site.

Hello SPoud2,

Were you able to check the recommendations provided?

To better assist you, we would like to have more information about your system configuration including your system model, driver version, OS build number, etc. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.

1. Intel® SSU Download link

2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
