Intel i3-9100 4k output lagging?

I recently bought an intel i3-9100. I found out that the screen is lagging when running on https://snaptube.cam/ 4k output 9apps but everything is fine when running on other resolution. I have the latest update of the driver for UHD graphics 630 and all the setting are correct.

Seem like UHD graphics 630 can only support HEVC on 2k resolution only. Is there any fix?

hi

yes

Will core i3 9100f with 710 GPU be able to play 4k hdr 10 videos ... iGPU, so in this case the GT710 is mandatory to get any video output at all.

"so in this case the GT710 is mandatory to get any video output at all."

That is not what the OP asked.
