With the new Intel ® Graphics Windows® 10 DCH Driver 27.20.100.8190 in conjunction with Firefox 76.0.1, it remains empty when the Intel community page (https://forums.intel.com/s/?language=de) is called up.
The page works with the Edge Browser and the new Intel ® Graphics Windows® 10 DCH Driver 27.20.100.8190.
And there is also no problem with Intel ® Graphics Windows® 10 DCH Driver 27.20.100.7985 and Firefox 76.0.1

I have 8190 and just tried the page on firefox 76.0.1 and it worked as it should.
Can you download, run, and ATTACH (using the paperclip under the toolbar) the results of this utility so the Intel support engineers will have more information:

I found the problem.
If you access the following page (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/de),
then click on the "X" at the bottom of the message "Cookies on this page",
then go to the page described above, it will be displayed empty.

Hello TMand7,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:
1. Attach the DXDIAG report:
- Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R.
- On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK.
- On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information.
- Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.
2. Does the issue happen only with the page that you mentioned (https://forums.intel.com/s/?language=de)? Or it also appears with other pages?
3. Is it possible for you to provide either a detailed step by step process of how to reproduce the behavior? A video would be even better.
Regards,
Sebastian M.

Hello TMand7,
Thank you for the information.
We will try to replicate this behavior internally and review it, once we have an outcome I will update this thread.

Hello TMand7,
Thank you for patiently waiting.
We tried reproducing the same behavior in our end using the Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Driver 27.20.100.8190 and Firefox 76.0.1 and this did not happen as our fellow Al.Hill also reported, we tried doing the following:
- Started Firefox 76.0.1 and entered in the address line the following page: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/de, a message is displayed, on the left side of this message, there is a button "X", we clicked the "X" for the cookies message.
- Then, in Firefox entered in the address line the following page: https://forums.intel.com/s/?language=de, the page loaded perfectly.
- We also tried clearing the cookies and trying the process again, no problem was presented.
Based on that, since you tested a different browser and it works perfectly, it can be a setting on Firefox that you have, I will highly recommend you check with Firefox in order to check what settings can be causing the behavior, another good step can be reinstalling the browser.

Sebastian M.
