Hi, I recently bought a dell Vostro 3510
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 Processor @ 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (usable: 7.74 GB)
When I run any game, the GPU is at 100% usage, but it uses a maximum of 1 gb of dedicated memory even with 4 gb available, the fps is very low, it stays at 20 to 30 in almost all games no matter how light it is.

Hello @Breno0

Thank you for your reply.

According to our information, there is no way to preset your VRAM to a specific value, you can only limit the maximum memory that it can take. The Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) does not have a dedicated memory; it uses shared memory that will be allocated automatically depending on various factors. The option to adjust the maximum memory is usually available in the BIOS but the setting may not be available for all systems.

The setting is typically listed under VRAM or Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT). The settings values can typically be adjusted to 128 MB, 256 MB and maximum DVMT. Setting other values depends on the motherboard manufacturer and the amount of RAM installed on the computer.

We recommend checking with the motherboard manufacturer for more information about the BIOS and the availability of the settings provided in the BIOS.

Additionally, check this article under the following section: What is the maximum amount of graphics memory or video memory my computer can use in Windows 10?

In this case we suggest contacting the manufacturer of your computer to get support from them but, pretty much the usage of vRAM is not related to the graphics, that is handled by the Operating system and is a dynamic process, the is no way to do it manually.
