Intel(r) HD Graphics 4400

I occasionally edited videos using the Microsoft Video Editor (Windows 10, 64-bit) from my camcorder (after transferring to my tower).  After completing the editing, you can then export back to a location (in my case, usually my desktop).  In the last 6 mos. to 1 year, I have gotten a message to update my display driver - error code 0x887A0005.  I went to the Intel Download Center and found the driver; and attempted the download.  The attempt resulted in a message that said the driver update was not compatible with my computer.  I then contacted Intel Support (a real person) who checked and verified that they could not/did not support the driver any longer.  However, they referred me to this support group.  The Intel Support indicated that this support group often found solutions to problems that they could not deal with.

Do you have any suggestions for this problem?  Thanks in advance

Hello @rjc1

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We would like to inform you that due to the Intel® HD Graphics 4400 has been discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
