Hello, I am using an i7 12700. With the application of id technology, the existing 31.0.101.4338 driver could capture the desktop through usbmmidd_v2, so remote control programs such as parsec could be used. At some point, however, screen capture using the virtual monitor driver on the latest driver became impossible. Will Intel solve this?

I don't see any error messages. It simply seems that the latest graphics do not support desktop capture with a virtual monitor.

I attached the log file. I have locked the Intel graphics drive update for this issue. This is quite fatal for headless systems.

You can create a virtual monitor by following the method described in the link above. This allows you to create a virtual monitor that is used by the farsec remote control program. Originally, the Intel graphics driver captured this virtual monitor for normal remote control, but the recent graphics driver update prevented this.

The vm environment passed through igpu to create a virtual monitor using the method above. Do you mean that parsec remote control is possible in a headless environment where virtual monitors are created from the latest drivers and monitors are not connected?

Hello HolyCom
Thank you for waiting.
After reviewing the information, since we were able to create the virtual monitor with no errors using the latest driver, please contact the app developer to check more options with them.
If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
