Intel had known the best manufacturer. But Intel HD Graphic 520 isn't right. It is not respond frequently. It is very slow, weak and unstable. I hope you will improve your products.

Please try to use driver 4444: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25957/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88355 Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40] . 4454 is build for xeons it seems. I tried to use 4454, it installs, but in IE11 does all kinds of strange things, like messing up images and changing place of where video clips are playing.
Also you can try to update Radeon driver from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64 Desktop
