Hello LT7879,

Thank you for confirming this. I noticed that the workaround suggested by @CCWH is no longer effective after the driver update. I will investigate this 'APPCRASH' issue further internally. Lastly, @tisme1250, please create a separate thread for this so we can address it in an organized manner. Thank you for your patience.

Best regards,

It's very sad that Intel can't even program their own hardware properly anymore.

I don't want to complain, but when a company like Intel works so sloppily, it's no wonder that users prefer other, cheaper manufacturers. People buy Intel because of the quality, but it seems that it doesn't exist anymore!

Hello @LT7879, @tisme1250, @beku, @Polymathy1, @CCWH, @DimDim,

Thank you for your patience. I apologize for the delay in our response as we have been carefully investigating the issue. Based on our findings and tests, the latest version of Intel® Graphics Software should resolve the problem. We did not encounter the error during our checks. Please perform a clean installation using DDU and install graphics driver version 32.0.101.6732. Kindly let us know the results. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello @NormanS_Intel,

I installed the latest WHQL Certified Intel Graphics Driver (v32.0.101.6734) and, after several reboots, I haven’t experienced any crashes.

However, it appears that the Intel Graphics Command Center has been removed.
Should I reinstall it from the Microsoft Store, even though the Intel Graphics Software remains installed and fully operational?

At least the crashes are gone.

Thank you.

Hello and thank you for your latest messages. I've been very busy at work and haven't replied to you. Please forgive me. Thank you very much.

According to the event viewer, I no longer have any error messages related to the graphics card, at least since I installed the driver version 32.0.101.6651 and even the one before that, 32.0.101.6647, on 9 March 2025.

I am left with an error message that appeared, at the time, around the same time as those related to the graphics card and that is ‘Device Association Service has detected an endpoint discovery failure’ 3503. But I don't know if it's all related.

Thanks again for your invaluable help. Have a nice day,

Hello LT7879 and tisme1250,

I'm pleased to hear that the error message is no longer appearing in the event viewer. Please be assured that all reported issues are thoroughly reviewed and investigated.

@tisme1250, if you're experiencing a different issue, I recommend creating a separate thread dedicated to that matter so we can investigate further. Additionally, I've checked our records and noticed you have another thread [https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Issue-with-the-latest-intel-UHD-Graphics-770-driver/m-p/1657640#M137649] that is still under investigation.

@LT7879, I will proceed to close this inquiry. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be actively monitored.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Best regards,
