Hi Intel Support Team,

I’m considering purchasing the Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition Graphics Card (12GB, 31P06HB0BA) from Australia and wanted to confirm if the product comes with international warranty coverage. Specifically, will the warranty be valid if I purchase it in Australia and use it in another country?

Hello OffBalance,

Intel Branded Arc Cards cannot be accepted for warranty exchanges unless the country where the warranty process takes place matches the country of purchase. If you wish to complete a warranty request for an Intel Branded Arc card, please do so from your country of purchase.
