i have dell notebook vostro 3500. Model; i5 1135 g7 & Iris Xe Graphics
About 20 times, i have lived BSOD since 2022 April.
Usually; when i use google chrome, opera i have seen bsod's
Sometimes i test my graphic card with 2k 4k videos but no problem.
Stress test - no problem
Bios - up to date
Drivers - up to date
Windows - up to date
Direct x and dx diag - up to date
Hardware test (memtest86,intel processor diagnostic tool, hd tune, dell bios hardware test) - successful and no problem
İ always use DDU for my graphics card driver
i always try (sfc/scannow and etc )
i tried all graphics card drivers; intel and dell website
What can i do ? Help me pls.
You should cousult with dell. They supposedly tested your notebook with the driver they supplied. That is where your support and warranty are.

I'm sorry but you need to push Dell to take a look into that minidump file... it's their system so they should be the ones that can review that to come to a diagnostic, they're also the ones responsible for the warranty...
If Dell told you there was no problem about hardware, how did they come to that? they should have told you then where the problem was...
I need solution of minidump file. I wonder ; Minidumb file says software or hardware ?
Dell says there is no software or hardware problem. Same mistake since 2022 April
When i bought the computer these errors were not there. I bought it in 2021 september
The contents of the minidumb file are important for me.
