hello,

a quite old game i just bought on steam, UFO: Aftershock, seems to have video compatibility issues and fails to load at start.

Is there any way to address the issue?

Thanks

Hello peemster,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I want to understand what happened just as much as you do.

To have a better view of this issue, I would like to gather the following:

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

2. Do you have any issues with other games?

Hello peemster,

Thanks for your response. I checked a few forums and this seems to be a compatibility issue with the Intel-integrated graphics (as you mentioned), bear in mind that the game developer chooses which components will be compatible with their games.

I recommend you to test with the latest Intel driver and if the issue persists, get in contact with the game developer for further information.
